For the elaboration of the Baladiña Herbs Liqueur, the raw material used is the bagasse (skins, pips). It is part of the Geographical Appellation Orujo de Galicia. It is an ideal liquor for tablecloth.
The production of this liquor is realized taking as a base white unmatured brandy, in which are added a selection of the best aromatic herbs and some secret ingredients used by the winery.
Tasting note: Amberbased color with greenish hints, aromas of dry grasses. The mouth is mentholy, tasty, sweet and intense.
We recomend serving it between 5 and 7°C.
The alcoholic content is 30% vol.
