We use the bagasse as raw material (skins,nuggets) resulting from the fermentation of our wines, which is subjected to distillation. All are welcome to marc geographical designation Galicia.
DEVELOPMENT: We based our white spirits, marinate in which we make a selection of the best coffees and some other little secret of the house.
